Bolate Ukrainian Bakery

Bolate was a brand identity project that resulted after a thorough ethnographic study of the neighborhood, Monti, in Rome. The premise behind Bolate is to help provide an atmosphere where both Ukrainians and Italians can come together to share cultural traditions. Bolate Bakery aims to bridge a cultural gap that was observed through research by the placement of a Ukrainian church in the Italian neighborhood in the late 1700s.
